I had severe neck, shoulder and arm pain for months. Had injections but received no relief. Went to Fyzical for a few weeks and am now nearly 100%! I've had several therapists including Ting, Mike, Christy, Alex and Cathy. All are excellent! I can't say enough about the great care they provide. And, Kathy runs everything smoothly. Highly recommend! Now onto the gym membership!

I started my weight loss journey here on April 9, 2023. I've reached my goal of losing the weight I needed being overweight, a type 2 diabetic, back problems and more. My diabetic meds have been cut down, my blood pressure meds as well. It wasn't just my determination to do it, but i give credit to the staff. They are "EXCELLENT". Jim, was extremely helpful in my process with answering every question I had, and explaining everything I needed to do in detail. He's still giving me pointers and I cannot thank him enough. He also teaches boxing classes, unbelievable. Mike and the rest of the staff are very kind and always make you feel welcomed when you go there. They have excellent therapy staff on site and "help so many people everyday". If you want to change your life, get therapy for whatever problem you may have, or just want to get some professional advice, then this is the best place in the entire area to do so. I highly recommend anyone to go here, feel welcomed, and start your journey to a better you.

I do not go to the Hazelton location, I am going to the Cressona Mall location. Fyzical - Pottsville. But it is actually in the town of Cressona, on the edge of Schuylkill Haven. Dr. Meghan Boran has been extremely kind, gentle, & understanding of my conditions. Not to mention she has experience & knowledge about my rare health issues. I am early on in my treatment, so I'm still adjusting to everything & starting my at-home PT in the past week. Linda is also very kind & helpful. The Mechanicsburg location was recommended to me by my shoulder surgeon at Hershey's Bone & Joint Inst. But it is around 60 miles away. He said they have knowledge of connective tissue disorders & hypermobility. I know the Paoli location deals alot with dizziness & POTS from Dysautonomia Intnl support groups. I was very excited to see that Fyzical was opening up the other month. I am very glad that they could accept my insurances on top of being knowledgable about connective tissue disorders & dysautonomia. I can not say that for a few of the other PT places in Schuylkill County who were just unhelpful, if not harmful to my body & conditions. I am very thankful that I can get a few hours to a day of relief from my pain & hope that as time goes on, I will feel much better.

Wonderful group of therapists. Ting and his associates are very caring and professional individuals. Kathie marketing director is on hand at all times to answer questions etc.
The therapists work with the whole body making the therapy experience very pleasant. I highly recommend FYZICAL. They also have therapy equipment that can be purchased for home use at reasonable prices.
Mike, Travis, and the other female Therapist( I forgot her name ) are very knowledgeable. Nikki is a sweet ade and very patient young lady.
I believe that they may do exercise programs there as well and I hope to be able to partake in that once recovery is complete. * 5 stars

I was in need of physical therapy for my knee. Found this place online and saw it was close by. They were able to heal my knee, and prevent me from needing surgery. I would definitely recommend "Fyzical Therapy & Balance". The staff is friendly, and the physical therapists are great. They definitely know what they're doing and get the job done.

ONE FANTASTIC Physical Therapy, Testing and Balance Center !!! EACH and EVERY single person, on their Staff, is FRIENDLY, WELL TRAINED, COURTEOUS, and VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! The prior statement Includes EVERYONE; including the Owners, the Therapists, the Therapy Assistants, the Gym Manager, as well as each, and every member of the Supporting Staff. It's TRULY a PLEASURE to go there for ALL your physical therapy, exercise, balance, testing and / or gym needs. Their professional, well developed strategies and testing, are helping me tremendously, in ALL areas !!! Having been in a motorcycle accident, and having required several surgeries, including orthopedic, and cervical / lumbar spine fusions and repairs, I've needed to attend physical therapy, on several occasions. I was recently referred to FYZICAL by a friend and prior, repeat patient; and they were 100% correct !!! Actually they have an upcoming surgery, and definitely plan to return to FYZICAL again, very soon. Moving Forward, I truly wouldn't even consider going anywhere else !!! JOB WELL DONE - THANK YOU, TO YOU ALL !!!

I came to Fyzical with a frozen shoulder. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and could not move my arm. They gave me my arm back and eliminated the pain. I was so impressed with the friendly caring staff and the treatment I received, I wanted to come to work for them. I have worked here for over 6 years now. Not only are they the best when it comes to physical therapy, this is the best working atmosphere I have worked in.

Great PT place. Never gone to any other one, but this one definitely takes the cake. Friendly staff, great people that make you feel comfortable 10/10
