The facility was clean and smelled good. All the clients were clean and looked well cared for. My friend says he likes all the staff. He is a recently diagnosed diabetic. His meals are well rounded and nutritious and he is losing weight. Thank you all for taking quality care of my friend.

I am very pleased and impressed with everything at the facility on admission day?!!! I have years of experience with hospice and have been in nearly every facility in 5 counties. My loved one was recently admitted for rehab. From the secure check in, the smiling receptionist, admissions director greeted us, food server was friendly, the meal was tasty, the goodie welcome bag, the welcome info booklet, the nurse practitioner who had read his record closely, and his roommate?. Well done. I was SO worried but now I am SO relieved?.

This place is a great place. The staff treated me very well. I was here 3 different times. The first time was in February when I fell and broke my hip. Was left out at the end of May. Was home 2 weeks before I was involved in automobile accident. Was returned with a broken sternum and 4 broken ribs. The nursing staff made sure I was very comfortable that time. And came back at the end of September for a short stay because of minor set back
I would highly recommen this place. The staff is very friendly

Have worked with Chambersburg Skilled and Rehab on transitioning residents to assisted living. The communication with both social workers, Juliana and Jordan is excellent, and we have experienced no hiccups, all paperwork and orders needed sent to us in a timely manner. We have had current residents go there for rehabilitation, which their therapy team is amazing, and our residents report positive experiences. All staff are friendly and I see active and happy residents in the hall when I visit. The receptionist is wonderful and provides great customer service!

All the employees were so friendly and helpful!!! They couldn’t have been nicer to us. My mom struggles to walk and they arranged a wheel chair for us to take her to visit our cousin.

Went to visit a dear friend today and the staff was.very polite and friendly. Ask if we needed any help in finding the room we were going to and gave us very good directions in getting to the right room.

They had previously let our 7 pound lbs chihuahua in to visit my grandfather which is on hospice but today they refused to let us in for him to visit her. They refused because we didn’t had any of her papers on us to give them but they never needed them before this visit. Then asked if he had a roommate making it sound like if he didn’t they’d let us in and when we went to his window to visit him we noticed he wasn’t there but they still refused us into the building. This was just the last straw, they never answer him for his nurses button, or when he has to go to bathroom he holds it until he can’t and he pees himself. They let him get up in his own to fall bc of the little supervision. They are supposed to be give him anything he wants and icecream 2 times a day but when we asked him he said he hasn’t gotten anything, we have in writing saying they are supposed to do this. This place is a very poor managed place. Do NOT recommend.

Do not put your loved one in this home. They do not follow standard nursing procedures on transfers. They left my 103 year old grandmother fall on the floor because there's supposed to be two people. Whenever you enter the building bring your clothes pin for your next the director of nursing does not care about her staff nor what they do she's just there for the money there is no towel or washcloth in the room to wash off your loved ones hands or face before and after a meal. And they take your loved ones close and you'll never see them again they've had my grandmother's clothes for every week to take her clothes to their own laundry and now we have no idea where they are no worries we have filed a complaint with Harrisburg to get this place shut down or cleaned up going to stop in there that knows what they're doing.
