Alex is patience, polite, and very kind. He takes time each session to inquire on my status. He takes the time to actually listen. He answers every one of my questions, (and believe me, there are many and often repeated questions,) ensuring that I fully comprehend his answers. During the course of my treatment, I saw both Bill K. and Chris K. and they far exceeded my expectations. Bill performed the most thorough evaluation I've ever had, and Bill and Chris constructed a variety of exercises and home program that helped me improve so quickly that it was noticeable to friends. Heather is very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate therapist and has worked endlessly to get my lymphedema under control. Not only did she teach me to how to do therapy at home she also taught my husband and gave us excellent patient education on this condition. Heather has made every effort to get me the right compression garments. I am so grateful for her support and kindness during this time.

I have been going here for a while and am extremely happy with the staff here. All of the receptionists are always professional and in a good mood even in the morning. The physical therapists, most notably Jabari, are extremely helpful and also very attentive. Jabari is a very professional therapist with a lot of knowledge on physical therapy. All of the ladies working are also a very big help even early in the morning. Would recommend to anybody looking for a positive physical therapy experience.
