The physical therapy has really helped my recovery. In addition, each of the Physical Therapist knows their craft and is quite knowledgeable about what methods and exercises is helpful in managing my pain, stiffness, and discomfort. I'm walking better despite still having a bit of stiffness in my lover back, I feel that physical therapy has worked tremendously.

I am in my early 40s and unfortunately needed to go on medical disability in my late 30's while working as an outpatient chemotherapy nurse after 15 years. I have been to outpatient physical therapy (PT) at least 4 -5 different times over the past 6 years for 12 - 16 weeks each time, all at different places (ATI, NRH, etc.). Let me tell you - NRH at Germantown is the BEST place anyone can go for any type of PT (and probably OT, etc.). I started at NRH for my first PT session, then went to a few other places only to end up back at NRH, and boy, you can tell the difference. All of the associates at the front desk always remember your name, who you are there to see and are always smiling - especially Lakithia. Megan, my physical therapist (PT), is the clinic coordinator, and I am blessed and lucky to have her direct my care and help me on my trek back to hopefully being able to work again one day. Megan is a special PT - being an oncology nurse, I have always needed to work with PTs to help my patients in the hospital. Megan is always calm, smiling, welcoming- every day, every time. She never starts with a list of things to do, she always starts with asking me how I'm doing, which is so thoughtful and caring and shows what kind of strong character she has and how she always places her patients first. I always also appreciates how she always lets me know what the plan of care is going to be for our sessions each day. She is FANTASTIC! Thank you to the whole staff at NRH at Germantown!

NRH at Germantown was great. I highly recommend! I went in after seeing numerous doctors and undergoing previous PT at a different practice, all of which were unable to figure out the cause of my pain. Randy, Joel, and Brad were patient, understanding, and able to quickly develop a treatment plan that worked. They helped to eliminate my symptoms and strengthen the area in need. Randy also helped me with functional exercises to prepare for the ski season and get back to doing what I love. I can say that I am FINALLY pain free and feeling better than ever!
