Dr. Park was extremely accommodating and professional. He saw me same day as I was suffering and needed immediate breakthrough pain management. I am a hard stick and he was able to get an IV the first try. I felt that he asked the right questions, and followed up with aftercare.He addressed all the needs and created an at home plan with ease. Highly recommend.

Great experience! I had my doubts but Dr.Park put them all at ease! He is very professional, understanding, compassionate, caring. He made each infusion VERY comfortable, he answered every question I or my husband had with honesty (which is refreshing in medicine these days).
I’m in a better place than I was and in just 4 treatments, I was not pressured into getting more treatments than I need right now. I went to the Restin VA office which is a nice cozy, private place. I’m so glad I found this treatment & facility!

Had a family member seek treatment here and it went beautifully. Office is very comforting and well presented. Dr. Park is amazing and very communicative. He checked in multiple times during treatment to make sure everything was as comfortable as possible. Even after treatment he constantly would check up to make sure everything was great!

He allows you to bring a support person into the treatment with you, but you will feel so safe in his care that it isn’t necessary. He is so kind and professional.

I highly recommend Freedom Ketamine Treatment Center. I was nervous about starting infusions but Dr. Park made it a great experience, he answered my extensive questions on the phone before my first appt, was very flexible with scheduling, and always made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. He personally checked up to see how I was doing after each appointment and it's obvious how much he cares about his patients and his work. The office (I went to the Reston location) is comfortable and doesn't have the anxiety-inducing clinical vibe of a doctors office at all, there is a big comfortable chair that reclines and makes it feel like you're in your living room while getting treatment. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations.

I've been struggling with severe trauma and mental illness my whole life, and honestly, the ketamine treatment sessions with Dr. Park has been incredible. He's so compassionate and easy to talk to, like 10/10 I would hang out with this guy.

As someone who's had multiple sessions, my advice to anyone interested is to mentally prepare what you want to work on in your mind for when you go under, what kind of traumas do you want to face and hopefully heal, or explore spiritual and existential questions. Whatever is prominent on your mind will play huge role in how your sessions go. Some people can have bad trips and experiences and don't like the feeling it gives them. I think a big part of it is how comfortable you are facing yourself and your fears and how well you can navigate your mind and thoughts. If you're mentally ill or have severe traumas like me, chances are you spend a lot of time doing introspection, but just go into it reminding yourself that you're okay, and that all you have to do is simply be and let the experience wash over you. Try not to fight against where it goes and ride the wave.

Ultimately, it's an experience that can't be described with words, and each session is different. I'm really grateful to Dr. Park and his nurses. They've taken such good care of me.

This facility honestly saved my life and marriage! I tried decades of medications, therapy, TMS, ECT for treatment resistant depression, and nothing seemed to work; in fact, these “treatments” that other doctors threw at me only caused more problems. Dr. Park at Freedom Ketamine Treatment Center is extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, accommodating, and caring. There aren’t enough good adjectives to describe my experience! I’ve never seen a more responsive doctor when it comes to booking appointments, referrals, and following up on recovery. I doubt I’d ever find a more patient or empathetic advocate for my care. The office is clean and comfortable—never had any long waits. If you’re struggling with severe depression, THIS is the way to go.
