I am not very happy with the case managers at this service for my sweet woman, both of them are wasting our time and showing no respect to us at all. The first case manager, who filled out the application for the Legal aid program for the family lawyer told us that she would find out to see if we got approved. Unfortunately, we haven't heard any status for almost two months now. Our first beautiful granddaughter just transferred to a second foster mother within only two months. So I decided to come and talk with the second case manager about it last week with my sweet woman. She signed up for ROI a while ago and told her she needed my help. Unfortunately, this second case manager told me to wait in the lobby room for a short time but it didn't happen. I had to wait an hour and my sweet woman got very upset and cried about it. Time is clicking, wasting a lot of time waiting to see if we got approved or not for the “Family lawyer” and our granddaughter is already with a second foster mother within two months. Our granddaughter went to the emergency to have a second surgery right after only a few days with a second foster mother! These case managers aren't helping us at all and we need the family lawyer ASAP before our 3-year-old granddaughter could be transferred to the third foster parent. We don't wanna see our granddaughter get any trauma and confusion from different foster parents.

Trivium Life Services is amazing! They offer incredible behavioral and mental health group and individual therapy programs for substance use recovery, trauma, domestic violence, and more. They are a full service agency that also provides Medication Management, Case Management, Peer Support, and Recovery Coaching services to give people all the help and resources they need to heal. You won’t find a more compassionate, dedicated staff. I highly recommend them!

This place only cares about money. They need to be reported for Insurance fraud as they force ppl into classes they do not need for for insurance payouts, bc they know probation will make them take it. They Repeatedly tried to get my husband to apply for Medicaid bc they do not accept his insurance. He kept explaining that his income is too high and they kept pushing him to apply for it bc "Medicaid will pay for it" This is a fraudulent company, go elsewhere unless you want to get screwed over!

Honestly things were great for a while. Yes I missed a couple apts and thats on me. I'm not giving them a 1 star for that. I'm giving them a 1 star because the receptionist Mark (or Matt) said the Dr Cassi said i should be up for discharge which i understood. BUT I was given another chance and thats why we scheduled me 3 weeks out. 3 weeks without my medications mind you since she refused to fill my script without seeing me. Fine. Cool. Whatever. Fast forward I go to my appointment to be told I've been discharged and thats why I'm not being seen. Then why would he schedule me if I was discharged? Riddle me that? Then he had the nerve to tell me he told me personally I was discharged which was a flat out lie. Because again... why would I be scheduled for a discharge? Terrible customer service his attitude through all this was completely unprofessional.

Recovery 4 Life was really helpful to me. They accept Medicaid, which was important to me. The classes were much more helpful than I had assumed they would be. I am still working to apply everything that I learned in my classes with them. If you want to invest in your own healing, this is a great place to start.

I originally reached out with a referral for another provider and was told I needed an assessment. When I went to the assessment they told me for what I was there for I did not need an assessment and to leave, call reception, and relay my situation. Guy at the front desk was very argumentative and intentionally unhelpful. Refused to put me in contact with the necessary provider, send me to voicemail, or relay a message. Absolutely one of the worst medical provider experiences I’ve ever had from this front desk clerk.

I felt that the staff at recovery for life did a superb job of presenting a very complete and helpful methodology for treatment of addictive disorder. I felt that these techniques and teachings would enable me to overcome my addictions. Norma, Kait, Sarah, and Timothy were all excellent empathic therapists who kept the client first in mind.

If you are seeking help for a problem in the treasure valley I cannot recommend them any higher than five stars but would if I could!
