Came today with my best friend for their much raved about $70 special. I called 2 days ago to make an appointment and asked 3 times just to make sure it was for the right time. I didn’t even mind their crazy $30 demand for a tip paid upfront. BUT! When I got there today they didn’t even have me on their schedule but gladly took our money upfront and said they would take us. So okay I said maybe I’ll give it a try anyway. They took us two establishments down to what I guess is part of their location and placed us in a 2 bed room which has no railings up top so they do not walk on your back like the videos show. What made it worse was that it was in the middle of everything so other customers and workers were walking in and out. And the cherry on top was that 2 workers that were at the hair station outside our room were arguing throughout our whole massage so that made it quite pleasant. The only reason I even give this a 1 star review is because the foot massage was phenomenal but that’s about it. Not too sure if I’ll come back here. I had high hopes for this place but very disappointing for $100!

So authentic and their skills is amazing!
I know tips for 1 hr is $15 +$40 body work. But if u go outside massage, it already charge you $60. So I am ok with it as long as they say it nicely not shame me like I did something wrong.

I called in to make appointment for me and my 2 Frds and at the reception it was informed that you have to add a minimum of 40% tip per person. For a deal of 70 dollars massage we had to pay minimum of 30 dollar tips per person, and more is expected. Then he proceeded to tell me that only then the staff will be happy n give you the massage otherwise not. I am also from service industry and I do understand but this is insane. If the massage would have been good we might have tipped more but asking upfront for tip while making the reservation as well is insane.

This establishment gives me mixed reviews. I came here around 8:30p with a friend and we ended up getting the foot and body massage which was $70 per person. Soon as we told them what service we wanted they told us to pay upfront which is so unprofessional. My friend told them to put the tip on the card while they were already charging it. I can say the foot massage part was good I would give it an 8/10. Getting the foot massage felt like I was in a nail salon the way it was set up. After the foot massage we went into the back room to get the full body massage. I have to agree with the other reviewers the other workers will come in the room while I was getting my massage with the door open having a full blown conversation. I would rate the massage a 10/10 but with the workers having a conversation drop the rating to a 7/10. After the message I went to the bathroom and my friend waited outside. When I was about to leave they were so aggressive asking me for a tip. I said didn’t you charge my friend’s card already they said no. I called my friend to double check to see if they charge for a tip on the card and they didn’t, they wanted cash. One of the workers said yes we can tip on a card, while the other said no we don’t tip on the card we take cash for tips. They are so unprofessional and confusing. I’m unsure if I want to go back. They definitely need better employment skills. Also to get to this establishment there’s a lot of stairs to walk up and parking is bad. I was lucky and found a spot around the corner from the establishment and it was paid parking.

Was also bamboozled by Linda on TikTok. Our beds were not like she posted and i don’t think they put a lick of conditioner or product in my hair before my blow dry (see photo). Massage was fine. The worst part was getting told I needed to leave a $20 tip each for a service that was $45 per person.

I brought my cousin here and it was both of our first time. Our experience was actually really nice and we enjoyed the Thai Shampoo Special for $60/hr which includes the tip. It was such a relaxing head/shoulder/back/arm massage and facial. She massaged multiple pressure points on my head and took the knots out my shoulder. The two ladies were really nice and made sure we were comfortable, I asked to not blow dry my hair since I have curly hair and it’d look puffy so she massaged me for an extra amount of time which I appreciated a lot!!
The reason why I don’t give a full 5 stars is because it didn’t feel very private, towards the end of the massage another man had literally opened the curtain to tell the ladies something and that made me feel kind of uncomfortable..
Overall though it was definitely worth $60 (which includes the tip) and I’m gonna bring my mom here next time 🙂

So, I've never really felt the need to leave a review, but this time I just had to. My family and I went to this spa, and while some of them had a decent time, mine was a total disaster. The person who did my massage was way too rough, especially with my head and hair. I kept telling her it hurt, but she just brushed it off, saying my hair was too thick, which it's not. I've had head massages before, and they're not supposed to feel like torture. By the end, I had such a bad headache. She also skipped part of the treatment that was supposed to be included! Meanwhile, my family got the face masks & arm and upper back/neck massage. Before starting the massage, I asked her if I should take my lashes off, for the face mask, and she said no. I thought she was going to work around the lashes but we never got to it LOL. Then when I said you didn’t even give me any arm massage, she just said she focused more on my head. Like, come on, that's not what I signed up for. I’m paying for certain things included & you cannot choose what you want to focus on and what you want to just completely skip. I wish I'd asked for someone else, but I kept hoping she'd ease up since I told her multiple times I was in pain. I get it if I had super thick & curly hair, but mine’s is medium length, straight hair and not even thick. It's like she was yanking on every single strand for an hour straight. My head even hurts while writing this review.
