Estoy muy en desacuerdo de cómo están tratando a mi hija , tiene más de 1 semana y no ha visto ningún terapeuta , si así comienza no me imagino cómo será ese proceso

This place is wonderful. The staff here really actually cares about you. Very rarely in rehab facilities do staff go out their way to help you. Ryan introduced me to art therapy. Liv, Susan we're great helping me adjust. Although there is no pool here there is much to do. Great place to come for help. They make you feel like a person not another dollar.

This facility does not set your loved ones up for success once being discharged and I would highly consider looking elsewhere before choosing to give this place any of your time and money. Aside from a select few, the staff are very unprofessional. The physical boundaries and degree of communication is not what it should be amongst trusted staff and vulnerable patients. Patients easily taken advantage of and the facility is only interested in taking your money and taking advantage of the emotional states of their patients. Also take into account that all patients are required to make a 5 star google review before being discharged while under the supervision of a staff member so take everything positive that you read here lightly. Do not ever go here or support any one you love going here.

I can't say enough good things about Ember! It was the best in all areas. From the kitchen staff making made-to-order omelettes to the homemaking staff that kept everything clean, to the group leaders and all the staff I met throughout the day/evening-a huge thank you. They treated everyone there with dignity, respect, kindness and love. Everyone showed genuine care there. There are too many favorite staff members to list. And that ice cream machine..... 🙂 Thanks Ember!

When i first got to Ember I was greeted by my friends that I met there. I got lucky with a great group. I hope anyone that goes there does as well, they’re the ones that helped me the most. Kristine as well. She should be promoted to a therapist or give her raise because I got more out of our conversations than most groups. You can tell she cares and doesn’t view it as just a business. The owner i didn’t like much. But I’m sure he’s a good guy. The cleaning lady’s are angels & the food is good. The ice cream machine is clutch. The beds could be better. But overall my goal was to complete detox there and not leave before my withdrawals were gone and that was achieved.

This is by far the best recovery center I've been to. The staff helped me so much ? they helped me start the beginning of such a tough journey ahead. The intake was fast, but very through. Ms. Rose is such a mama bear and a sweet heart ? ❤️ same with my therapist Toni ❣️ I'm going to miss all of you guys so much! They gave me all the resources i needed to start this incredible journey.. starting with my confidence and i can not thank everybody enough for everything ? love all of you

My name is Mario and here at ember recovery I had a very pleasant experience. Not much to do on weekends but the community really makes up for it. Love Christine and pastor mark! Andrew the executive director is really hands on and will work with any patient to make the community better. It really is a family here

Ember Recovery my journey in sobriety started there thank you all so much! Still sober taking it day by day just got done with IOP and the journey will never end until my last breath of life. My love to the whole staff God Bless you all thank you. If you're struggling with any type of addiction or about to please just contact them. It will be a decision that will save your life. They will advise you the whole way through and always stay in touch. Save your life and call them being sober is the best decision you can make!
