A este lugar no regreso porque le pedía a la chica que quería un cambio de color con polvo de uñas y que me las cortara un poco y aparte le enseñé una foto de color que quería y forma que quería mis uñas y ella hiso lo que quiso con mis manos casi lloro , pues ella terminó disiendo que mis uñas no Serbian y me las quebró cuando me empeso a remover el polvo de uñas y aparte termine pagando más dinero delo que debía y más tiempo y con una forma de uñas que tampoco le pedí y eso que ella tenía 20 años de esperiensia

I’m a regular at Thi Spa & Nails and I have never left disappointed!

I go in for gel x nails and pedicure!
I receive so many compliments on my nails and I love my sets every single time. The staff are so kind and welcoming everytime I go in.
I usually go for walk-ins and that has never caused any issues. If you are busy like me and only go in for nails when you have the time to then place is definitely for you!
They will do their best to ensure you get the result you desire.
I often ask for their suggestions after showing them my inspiration pictures and they always deliver!

The area is also a really good spot, close to everything. If you want to grab something to eat and drink before/after your nails, you have a variety of options in the area. Transportation wise, there is a lot of public transportation as it is in the heart of downtown. It is also a walkable area, so walking is accessible.

I found Thi nails salon by chance as I was just in the neighborhood and needed to get the nails done urgently last minute. The lady very kindly accepted my walk in and did a wonderful job with my nails - nice shape and coloring. So happy with the work. Highly recommended !

I was able to book an appointment online for the following day on a Saturday morning, which I was surprised. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Both were done in 30 minutes and they took a lot of care in trimming my cuticles and look under my nails to make sure everything was perfect. I was surprised by the warm hand wraps and foot wraps during my pedicure and manicure.
The ladies were very nice and facilities clean. There has been no chipping or peeling of my nails.
They had lots of color options.
Cash is preferred.
I would come here again if I lived in the area.

I seldom write reviews, but my recent experience at Thi Nails compels me to share my thoughts. As a former regular customer, I've noticed a decline in the salon's quality of service and products. During my recent visit for a manicure, I was disappointed to find that six of my gel nails had partially peeled off within days, contrary to the expected three-week lifespan.

Upon contacting the salon to address this issue, they initially agreed to assist but later turned me away when I arrived for my scheduled appointment on Easter Sunday, citing the time elapsed since my last visit. There was a disagreement regarding the duration between my original polish date, whether it was 5 days or 11 days. Regardless, my main concern remains the premature peeling of the gel nails.

Despite offering to pay for the full nail service again, I was left waiting for 20 minutes only to be told, quite abruptly, that they couldn't accommodate me. This lack of professionalism and customer care was disheartening. During my visit, I observed staff members engrossed in their phones and TV shows, rather than attending to customers.

Leaving the salon, I was dissatisfied with both the service quality and the condition of my nails. Additionally, the salon's location in a busy area where individuals often solicit customers was noted. Unfortunately, the staff made no effort to address this issue during customer appointments.

To the owner's response: While I appreciate the effort to clarify the timing of my last appointment by showing me the original receipt of 11 days since the service, the premature peeling of my gel nails remains unresolved. Despite attempts to rectify the situation, I was turned away without a satisfactory resolution. As a customer, it's important to provide honest feedback to improve future experiences. My intention is to offer constructive criticism rather than disparage the business. I hope this feedback will be taken into account to enhance customer satisfaction in the future.

Note: Following my review, the owner contacted me via text message to dispute the timing of my original service. However, the communication could have been handled more professionally. Additionally, the initial response to my Google Review was unbecoming of a business owner, though it was later revised.

I don't get my nails done that often, maybe once every 6 months, to clean my cubicles really. Sometimes to feel and look pretty. I decided to find something close to my dinner location as I had time to kill.

I read some reviews that some ppl got hurt/cubicles cut but I decided to risk it bc it's a convenient location and maybe I won't get the rough person.

Well, I did. She was super rough and when she hurt me, I asked if she could be gentlier. Instead of apologizing, she just said "oh you don't get your nails done often" like she had to go hard at it or something. Yes, I don't get my nails done often AND you're rough. Not everyone who does my nails hurt me. I had to show her that I'm legit bleeding (ironically, the middle finger) to emphasize what I meant but even then, no apologies.

The pedicure was fine though, she was nice and quick. But I think if you plan to go get a manicure, go elsewhere as there are only 4 of them working the shop and looked like two focuses on pedicure and two focuses on manicure and so you got a 50/50 chance of getting the rough person who is rude.

The place doesn't really look that sanitized either

Online rates said that if you get a manicure with no color, it's cheaper. I didn't get color for both. But when I went to pay, the cashier, who doesnt even look old enough to drink, let alone know what good customer service is, awkwardly smile and told me that the website wasn't updated and that was that. No matching or anything.

The whole experience was not great. I only gave them 2 stars bc the pedicure was fine. Otherwise, it'll be one. I would not go back and unless you got a lady there that's good to you, don't bother

Overall, it was mediocre. I opted for just a normal polish as I don’t like gel.

The person doing my pedicure was extremely kind and careful. But the person doing my manicure was rushing since it was fairly busy. Normally I’d let it go, but they cut my cuticle a bit much. Hopefully the photo does justice. Other than that, it was okay, my mani/pedi is just okay.
