My mother was admitted to this nursing home approximately 5 days ago since Karen Ann hospice was full! Spoke to Mellisa prior to her going there gave me all the ins and outs got her there and spoke to Gabrielle as well plus other staff members as well! Long story short my mom passed god rest her soul and these peeps were wonderful to my mother for her short stay! Thank you gabby Mellisa and your wonderful staff nurses for her short care at your facility.

Not a place to send a loved one. My dad was there for rehab.
They sent my dad to the ER for a non medical problem without ever contacting the family within 16 hours of admittance. Then they deny it, they claim they tried to contact us but the family phones prove no call was made to us. They lied. They claim he was agitated. I pass the place on RT 80 on my way to work, I could have stopped there to see what was happening and taken him home. I was denied the opportunity. They have provided no information on what really happened and my dad could not speak, so we will never know. I can speculate, but cannot prove anything. I only wish Google allowed for no stars or negative stars. Stay as far away as possible. Not a good place.

I thoroughly believe this place is what did my grandmother in. She thrived at the house of good Shepard and had to get transferred here due to them closing. She lived there for about ten years. Moved here for a couple months and she passes in a weird way. Coincidence? I firmly do not believe that. I think this was due to lack of care and concern- short handed staff

Unless your elderly family member needs minor rehab, this place is fine. Not the greatest food, attention to those who want to stay long term. Elderly patients left in wheel chairs all day with dippers on. Wheel chair and bed sores are common, unattended individuals hours at a time. The new service on rehab has been upgraded with a better staff.

I have been here multiple times. The facility is nice and kept clean inside and out. Not crowded with to many people at all like other nursing homes. Staff is respectful and professional.

During these times the team has really come together to fight as a whole during this pandemic and I couldn't be more proud of Forest Manor!
