Continuum was an awesome experience for me!   The group therapy with Walt was very helpful and something I looked forward to.  I enjoyed the topics discussed and other activities he has planned for us.  Caroline their peer coach was also great, we met regularly to see if where I needed additional support and provided me with great ideas and resources.  I highly recommend Continuum for anyone needed addiction help.

After having a horrible experience with another company for my DUI classes, I am so incredibly happy I found Continuum. All the staff I have spoke with on the phone, via email, and on zoom have been very helpful and understanding of the situation I was in.
I was able to get back into classes within days.
The whole process has been smooth and I feel supported in my recovery and as a person.
I would highly suggest Continuum to anyone for help with addiction and if you have unfortunately gotten a DUI.

There will always be stress and adversity in life, but prior to getting sober, I was not handling my stressors responsibly or healthily. I chose to use alcohol to cope. I shifted blame and responsibility to anything but myself. I felt alone, not quite able to fit in. I felt misunderstood, and as though my opinion did not matter... And so many other self disparaging things. To me, recovery is a blessing. My experience with Continuum has been life enhancing. I went into this program with an open mind and a willing desire to make positive growth in my life. As with anything in this world, you get back what you put into it. So I sincerely put forth effort. Of the most significant things I take pride in is honesty with myself and transparency within my relationships. Two of the most important things I feel like I can be in this life is empathetic and compassionate. That is what I take with me for my time with the therapists from Continuum. Because that is how I see them.

So I just completed my DUI therapy and education class with Continuum. A few weeks ago we watched a Ted Talks video about addiction. The principal of the video was that the opposite of addiction is connections. I really gave a lot of thought to that idea, and I feel as though it is truly profound. Going forward in my life, I intend to continue to invest in all my relationships. Even the small things I do in life, I do with love. Thank you everyone at Continuum, I am grateful for all the support, knowledge, and relationships made. Good luck to all who aspire to make positive change and growth in their life.

Spending time working with my counselors at Continuum has helped me to understand myself to a much higher degree and support my journey in recovery. Continuum Recovery Center of Colorado is a great place to learn and develop new cognitive thinking and coping skills while on your path to living a sober life. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with any requests or needs you may have. The atmosphere within group sessions is warm and inviting, allowing you to be open and honest without the fear of one being judged. Effective communication between staff and patient regarding progress and target goals could use some improvement, however. I also recommend asking as many questions as possible to fully understand the requirements/terms and conditions for the program to ensure you are compliant in both treatment and if you are using insurance as primary coverage.

I live in Southern Colorado, and I looked all over Colorado, and called around before I settled for this place. I have no regrets. This place has therapist that are very insightful, understanding, and are out for your best interest and well-being. I have sought treatment elsewhere, I even been in therapy before, but, I would have to say that the therapy that was received here, and that I am continuing to receive here is not only very well appreciated, it is also the best place I've recieved therapy so far.
