My mother has stayed at Julia Temple multiple times to regain her strength after hospitalization. The staff is incredible. The atmosphere is friendly. This is the only rehab center that my mother hasn't resisted. 5 stars well deserved.

This has probably been one of the worst nightmares ever. I highly recommend not putting your loved ones here. If you do so please do your research and ask questions before u give them any information! They are LIARS and scam artist. If you have Medicaid of sum sort Any information Medicaid is asking for I recommend going straight to Medicaid because these people will ask you for personal information and literally harass you/ threaten you with police about it if they don’t get it. they say medicaid is asking for personal information when come to find out they never ask for the information these people ask for. These people are using personal information for their own use/reasons and it’s sick because how many families have been a victim of theirs. I will DEFINITELY be taking action against this facility.

My LO has been. Here for 2 years now. The staff has always been wonderful with her. Anika and Hannah have been her case workers over those years and they truly have gone out of their way to take care of my LO and myself. Even the facility crew takes part in knowing and caring for the residents.

It is with a heavy heart I give this facility a 1 star rating because the nurses and CNA's do a great job. But as far as them keeping the belongings of the patients is horrible. They lost my mom's clothes and when we discharged her they said they would reimburse us for the missing clothing so we shall wait and see. Also the worst part of this experience is that the facility kept experiencing a Covid outbreak each and every other week. Sadly we cannot give a better rating.

My Mother was transferred from Littleton Hospital very abruptly in the evening
We were told the rating was very high and they had a dementia unit
Went to visit twice the first day- she was alone both times. NO ONE ever came to talk to us about her care. NO ONE seemed to care except the employee filling out paperwork to make sure they got paid
The director Hang was supposed to come out to speak to us and NEVER did
She was dressed I. Old sweat pants and a T-shirt- I asked where her belongings were- I was told that laundry had them to label them. When I went back in the Evening- still no belongings. In one day two different family members of patients told me of similar challenges- one said their parents belongings had been “lost”. One said they had to raise hell to get information about their parents care
I am contacting Medicare and an attorney
Dementia is new to me -however- I know this is not proper care
How can a facility be rated at the top and have such little compassion

This place is horrible!!! It's a cash grab for insurance money. Stay far away. Now there are some really nice people that work there, but the management is a joke. They hold the patients hostage and won't discharge them until the insurance runs out. My Father has been here for 4 days now, and has yet to even see a Doctor. He should have been seen within the first 24 hours. Totally illegal and unethical. I will be calling the proper authorities on this dump!!! Our elderly deserve better than this! This is as bad as child abuse!

We were set to have my mom moved there for rehab. The pictures of the outside are deceptive. Inside things are old and worn.
We are relieved that circumstances changed and she didn't go there.
I know nothing of the level of care. Staff was courteous.

Angel was unbelievable!!! Angel has the best interest of the patient daily she always greeted me with a big smile and hope can I help you Allen attitude!! Tony and Naomi also are Allstars like Angel they did amazing work the night aid Angie was great she was kind holly was great with my meds and correct the therapy team did a good job working with me the kitchen food was ok Caroline was so helpful
