Excellent environment with very caring staff. The property is peaceful, very nice home converted to rehab with maximum residents of six at a time. Individualized care, excellent, professional staff. Private chef was outstanding and always had a smile on his face. All the staff treated all patients with kindness, compassion and understanding. Staff welcomed family for visits and took the time to get to know each patient and their loved ones providing a thorough discharge plan to ensure success. Cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff were genuinely invested in each resident and has frequent group and one in one sessions. Cannot stress enough how kind, caring, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable the staff is.

This superb rehab is nestled in the San Carlos hills. The setting is serene, beautiful, calm, with views of the bay. Beyond the setting, however is the well trained professional staff who showed my son patience, respect, and compassion. They showed him that he is a worthy individual. They showed him that he could trust them and they would be there for him.
In the rehab there is education at all levels, counseling sessions, and facilities for recreation and many more offerings, that I am unaware of. Most importantly for my son, the staff taught him that he has value as a person. Thank you all for the generosity shown to my son and to our family. I truly believe this program has saved his life.

This place is truly one of a kind. Lovely and carrying staffs that were very helpful. They show a deep understanding of the challenges faced by patients and their families. The facility is well equipped, and offers high-quality food. We are grateful for the existence of such a remarkable place.

I’ve been to 6 rehabs and this one was by far the best. The small amount of clients helps everybody get personalized treatment and the staff all have real world experience they can teach from instead of just reading out of a book. Each counselor brings something different to the table and they all are great! The rehab is located in a house setting instead of a facility and has many accommodations to make daily living easier. I highly recommend this rehab over any other one I’ve been to.

I absolutely recommend this facility more so than any other. From the admissions team to the day of discharge it was 5 star treatment for us as a family. Their staff is so professional and kind and their clinical team is better than any other we have ever seen. They're very trustworthy organization and they just do it how it should be done for treating people in need.
