More than comforting and Caring! Jeremy & Staff are a shining star for those in need. They have welcomed there door to our son who has had repeated relapses from opioid addiction. They sincerely put the client first no matter the scenario and ensure their safety and provide a beginning path to recovery. They truly are doing this for the right reason and feel anyone can conquer addiction given the right tools, care and mindset. Albeit, we hope to never have to call upon them again...we know they are there! If you are searching for a place for a loved one, you can TRUST they will give your situation the proper care and provide plenty of great resources once the situation is stabilized. Call them!

The road to recovery can be a bumpy, winding road. So grateful to have met Jeremy and his team along the road. They were there just when we needed them. Thank you, Jeremy.

For the sake of the person that you love that is battling addiction you will want to stay clear of this facility. I have a dear friend battling fentanyl addiction. We found Jeremy for his detox. Jeremy is very charming seeming to tell us everything we wanted to hear....had us buying his song & dance hook, line & sinker. The reality is far different than what we were led to expect. We found that this facility is ill-equipped to handle patients attempting to control serous addictions. We sent our friend into Jeremy's care at Monte Cristo and although it seemed to be going as planned he turned our friend out into the streets the day after we paid the invoice at day 8 into a 10 day detox stay. Unbelievable. Told us that he caused a disturbance and that he had to go. Jeremy cold heartedly sent him into the streets in the middle of the night and now I will never get my friend back...and if you send a loved one here know that this is a probability if they have a hard time with the detox and to expect their chance at recovery to be crushed the same way. I'm not sure if they are crooks, scammers, or just inexperienced (it is a fairly new facility) but know that they don't put the patients needs first. Consider yourself warned.

Jeremy and the team came through for my brother and saved his life. I am so grateful for the work that Monte Cristo Recovery does. I would highly recommend this facility. They are extremely affordable and offered the same quality of service if not better then the treatment centers that cost an arm and a leg!
5 stars for the amazing work they do here in helping save and change peoples lives.

This detox has caring staff and owner. They are good people to talk to. They nursed me back to health with around the clock meds and vitals. Comfortable safe environment with good food. Their program had everything I need to get me back on the road of sobriety!

Although a new Detox, Jeremy and James have put together a very knowledgeable and compassionate team rivaling any detox in the area. I have found Monte Cristo to be trustworthy and easy to work with. Excellent care!

I have my husband was there as a patient and as a family member from out of state, I appreciate the fact that I am given updates on my loved one and kept in contact with. The problem I have is that 3-5 days turned into9-10 days with no reason for it. My husband was feeling better after 3, stayed 5 but left with a few personal things because he was ready for the rehab and was upset so the cops were called. having a phone call that was to be on speaker and supervised to me, not having any exercise equipment to release tension or even get some frustration out, not being able to walk outside to breath or get some fresh air, and having to wait for every single decision of anything from a call, or what ever may arise had to go through a process of having the ceo give permission. Staff has no authority on any matters. So if the ceo was busy, or not available then you can wait till he is before action can be made. I don’t think that a single person that isn’t in the facility should have so much control over these things. My husband is 47 and states away from any family so I don’t think having a private call should be a problem. He went on his own free will but not been given any trust to go outside of the house, exercise or anything that people need in this time.
Also the trust that you are giving the staff to take care the best of there ability should go both ways. Threats of being told that you can’t do simple things make people want to run because there feeling of trapped would do that to most people. They need to stick with the promise of the time lines. Holding the client back from the next inpatient rehab facility isn’t helping anyone. Not if they are physically and mentally detoxed. It gets hard when you can’t do anything to get tired through the day and it’s mandatory to go to bed at 11 when some can’t sleep and this creates more built up frustration. I would hope that you get written down dates, and also keep records of the conversation that you are agreeing with when entering the house. Because it changed on us along with a few other things that were promised that weren’t allowed to do. Like access to paying a bill or getting tapered off meds the way they tell you they will. These factors have been our issue, honesty goes both ways. And trust as well.
The staff need more control over the clients so they can make choices when they are there and know what is going on. Having to have someone decide what is ok or not ok that’s not there is a problem. Having to trust the staff to relay messages that can get twisted and no trust for the client that is there for help makes them resent being there. Honesty and trust can make or break a relationship between the client and staff and they could be feeling like there not being recognized for there part because the person calling the shots is not the staff , nor given privileges and privacy for a simple call home . I would ask if they have anything for you to do once you are feeling better and you are wanting to get stronger. No equipment for the men, no opportunity to leave the house or anything to help you get exhausted enough to go to bed lights out and no way to relax till you can sleep. I don’t mean to be hurtful but I am trying to get my point across to make suggestions for this place to thrive. I hope that we can get his property from Monte cristo because when he was told that the cops were called and he had no clue where he even was he left the house and his belongings there. This also isn’t the way to handle a situation when dealing with someone who has record of cops being a threat. I really believe that was the final straw for my husband and he left with the few things he could get
