Five stars for the staff being friendly, however, there is only ever one person working, making it nearly impossible for them to help two customers at once and if you don't wait around or call and call for an appointment, no one reaches out to you. One star for everything else. There's no consistency. Every time I went in, the cryo slimming was always done slightly different. I saw no results even with a diet change and exercise. Waste of my time and money.

The professionalism of the staff is to be emulated by all. I came to Contour Spa with severe lumbar back pain due a L4 vertebrae shift. I had decided on the pain management therapy. The pain relief that I received was impeccable. It was quick and simple just 15 minutes a session. I would recommend this to all who have pain issues.

Scam people!! After my service today I was appalled! I was told my service would cost $299 and at the end my bill was $470!! We talked in great length about what the cost would be at my next appointment! I’m so upset!!! Such a rip off!!

My experience with Contour Spa has been absolutely amazing. Jenna runs a great business with wonderful technicians. Kella is a very kind and compassionate gal whose bedside manner is bar none, while always being very attentive with my care. I feel my weight-loss journey has been even more successful since being introduced to Contour Spa. I signed up for a six week package for core slimming and I couldn't be more excited with my results. In six weeks I was able to lose 11 pounds and 3 inches. Results vary for everyone, but when you follow their protocol while implementing your water, and some work-outs, you will not be disappointed. I'll definitely be back for more.

I had most of my treatments at Howard Contour Spa with Tara
The experience was personal wonderful and she made you feel comfortable. I haven’t seen my results yet as I started at another GB location and they didn’t have the pictures transferred yet but it was a wonderful experience and I feel it helped shrink my bell. Tara was awesome to work with
