I had the pleasure of getting an hour long massage from Lauren. I have gotten massages before but by far my experience with Lauren was the best. She was able to target the areas that needed extra attention and I left feeling very relaxed. I highly recommend 10/10.

Booked using classpass, got there and they told me they have never heard of classpass. If you book through a third party double up and check they got your appointment. I got my credits back on classpass. Such a waste of time when you have a day you take off, book on a Thursday for a Monday appointment that you drove 30 mins to. Guess I should of called to double check.

I researched massage spas in the area really trying to find the best. I decided on Sage Holistic Spa and so glad I did! Indira did a phenomenal job! She’s so strong! She applied the right amount of pressure and really listened to my concerns/pain points. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Indira and her Sage Holistic Spa Studio. She provides the perfect quiet atmosphere for a great professional massage. The location is excellent and the studio is impeccably clean. Her furniture and interior decorating are beautiful. Indira is an excellent Therapist and a kind person. She asks questions and adjusts pressure and tempo accordingly to meet her clients needs. I highly recommend Indira. I will be scheduling again soon.

I can not say enough great things! This is my second time, and I had a pinched nerve in my back. The way she manipulated my back and neck muscles was amazing. I have never had anyone use the amount of pressure and strength to help elevate the pain I was experiencing. The time before was just for relaxing and I did the full body scrub also. Top tier. I did the brown sugar and cbd oil scrub and massage. Pretty sure I drooled and dozed off at one point. Will absolutely be back again and again

I have been twice now and both time were fantastic. Not only did they spend time before the massage asking questions about where I had pain, but also giving me strength and stretch tips to help keep the area loose. Throughout both massages I was asked if the pressure was good. Is my number 1 choice to get a massage. Will definitely be back

I just completed my Massage Therapy on June 2022 & recently received my License 4 days ago. I reviewed this page website & I love it, did help me with more ideas on building my website. Everything was described very professional is sadly I am not in Fl but if I ever have a chance I would go there for a Spa day ? I am so happy for this owners business accomplishments & prompt response to her reviews. You guys in Fl enjoy a Massage from there… Everyone needs & should have a massage.
