First time getting a massage at Spa Luxe and it was wonderful! The staff is very welcoming and setting is quite relaxing. I enjoyed the amenities while waiting for the massage. This consists of infused fruit water, snacks or cocktails if you wish. The changing room is impeccably clean, shower and hot sauna room which I enjoyed! My massage therapist, Bee was amazing. She asked if I had any injuries, focus areas or areas to avoid. I truly felt rejuvenated afterward. I plan on returning and bringing my hubby.

Very disappointed in my recent experience at the spa. The front desk ladies were extremely rude. I had booked a spa day for myself and mom for her birthday. Morning of, I received a call that they were cancelling my spa appointment due to staffing issues. The girl was rude and was just saying, well you had over lapping appointments anyways. I explained that this was for my mom and we were celebrating a big milestone birthday. She suggested we come another day. I was like- umm, no. Today is the day. We are still coming in. Upon arrival, the front desk girl was still rude. I asked if I could sit in the quiet room while my mom had her services. She reluctantly showed me the way. When trying to check out, I was paying for my mom’s services and she had a birthday email for 15% off. She made me go get her phone and prove I had an email. There was no code or anything. Like I am lying about the email? Check her profile, right in front of you! I was so disappointed. There are many other spots in town that are nicer and have kinder people working there. Definitely unhappy employees make unhappy customers. Won’t be going

Thank you for your response, but I have to say, I’m still very disappointed in how everything was handled. I understand that things happen, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy from your staff made the situation much worse than it needed to be.

I completely understand that emergencies come up, but the dismissive and rude attitude I encountered when I called, and again in person, was unacceptable. The fact that this was a special occasion for my mom made it all the more frustrating. A little empathy from your team would have gone a long way, but instead, we felt like we were being a burden.

As for the discount, I understand policies, but the way it was handled came across as if I was being dishonest, which is simply not how you treat a paying customer—especially during a birthday celebration. It added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing experience.

I’ve always heard good things about your spa, but unfortunately, this left me with no desire to return.

I come here once a month and it’s always the best. Bee is the best massage therapist and is so friendly and nice. I look forward to my appointments with her. The staff is always super nice and accommodating.

Kim is an outstanding massage therapist, who finds every tight or sore spot and does her magic on them. On top of that, she is so kind and caring. In all the years of getting massages I’ve never had a better massage therapist. The staff at Spa Luxe and the experience (fluffy robes and a comforting relaxation room) are also fantastic.

~Amazing~ that is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Spa Luxe. I had purchased a full spa day treatment with them for my girlfriend and they went above and beyond to make sure she had an amazing experience. From head to toe she was spoiled with their top-notch signature treatments. Will definitely be returning for more services in the future!

I got a mother to be massage and wow Neisha did an incredible job! Perfect amount of pressure to work out my knots while still keeping it relaxing. The whole experience from entering, waiting for my therapist, and after was so restful. I will be back!
