The people at White Sands Outpatient Clinic are awesome. Marissa greeted us with a great big smile. She is very pleasant and friendly. She answered all of our questions and the ones she couldn't answer Jorge did. Jorge answered the rest of our questions. We left there feeling very comfortable there we can recommend our family member there. Jorge and Marissa were fabulous. We will highly recommend this facility to everyone.

Perfect place to start a sober life. I am currently in IOP (intensive outpatient program) I am extremely satisfied with the services provided from all staff members and grateful for the amenities provided for the clients. Highly recommend this treatment center and out patient services.

I appreciate IOP at Lakeland. They have helped me immensely. Melissa, my case manager, has been very supportive. Anything I have needed for the program and/or outside the program has somehow...someway helped me and gotten information for me. George, my counselor, always was there for me. If I ever needed anything regarding my treatment plan or medical or life skills, he would find a way to make it all work out for me. He will find answers or put you in contact with the right person. Amy is an awesome intern. She is always coming up with projects and literature for us to go over. She also tells us about different apps and programs for meditations, daily journals, etc. I had a very good experience at IOP Lakeland. My sincere thanks.

This treatment center is honestly the best place I ever been. They personally care about us and do their best to change my life. If I didn’t take the step to come here I would’ve died. The family vibe is amazing and doesn’t even feel like rehab. I thought the iop meeting would be boring but let me tell you , I look forward to these meetings. The leader Mr.Q makes learning fun and he cares so much about us. I have no complaints only compliments. Ms. Marissa greats me every day I’m come in here and always haves smiles. I love her so much. She brightens my day every time I see here. And we have the best supervisor. Her name is miss Katrina. I wouldn’t want nobody else to be our staff. She makes sure we have everything we need plus more. She stays on top of her duties. She makes sure we’re happy and she accommodates all of ours needs. Honestly she needs a raise lol. But if ur thinking about being a man and get rid of ur addiction. This is the place to be
