White Sands treatment center at plant city is probably the best rehabilitation center in all of Florida. The staff is highly competent and are always willing to help. You will receive a structured schedule of classes and recreational activities to accomplish throughout your day. They provide food three times a day plus Deli stations with sandwiches and bagels just in case you missed your meals for any reason. The rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are far beyond what you would expect for a rehabilitation center including: beach volleyball, boxing training, ping pong table, board games and puzzles among other things. If you put in the effort you will find new passions and directions for your life as well as hope for a better future. I have ti thank all the staff from therapists to BHT's for their patience and professionalism. They truly are what makes White Sands so great.

Therapists are great. Clinical staff other than the clinical director is fantastic. Food is awful. No privacy while in treatment but for good reason. Remember this is a drug and mental health dual diagnosis facility you could see some crazy stuff. Nursing staff is fantastic. Be cautious of the salesman on the phone.

This is a 150ish patient facility. You get out what you put in. It feels more like farm then a care facility some days but if you need help try it. You can get sober and stay sober through use of this facility.

Going to white sands was one of the best decisions I've made. The staff was very helpful and did their jobs to the T . My case worker Amanda really went out of her way to get me into the after care program. The boxing class with coach Ray was fun also. Nice gym at the facility and the food was great. The groups were very informative also I learned alot about recovering.

I spent 30 days at White Sands and am so glad I did. The therapists are amazing. In fact the entire staff treated me with respect and dignity. Even the food was excellent. If you are serious about getting sober, this is the place for you. I highly recommend!! I want to also give a shout out to Eva, my Case Manager, and Dennis, my Therapist. They went above and beyond to help me find the person I want to be.

Vibe is great and really supportive staff. Case manager Amanda really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to help them any way she can. Food is good, fun activities, phones are allowed and unlimited smoking. Think resort with a rehab twist. Classes were really informative and I really learned the tools to take into the world to conquer my life ?

Wonderful experience here. All of the staff are so great and nice. They take care of you and they care so much. I had two issues and they took care of me immediately without hesitation. I’m so thankful I chose White Sands as my treatment center. I learned a lot and I don’t feel like doing my drug anymore. My case manager was amazing and helpful. If I happen to struggle with my addiction again I will only go to White Sands. A big thank you to every single staff member. These are beautiful caring people and I definitely recommend you to choose this place if you need help with addiction.

I just have to say this was my second time in treatment with white sands and it couldn’t have been any better… from the nursing staff, to the BHT staff, culinary, and case management. But one person in specific I want to give a shout out to Kelly Dukes who was my case worker, she was always out and about walking around the white sands facility engaging in conversation making sure everyone on her caseload was takin care of. Also she was there for me answering every question I needed for every level of treatment. Thanks White Sands!
