Mi experiencia con esta clínica ha sido excelente! Me puse enferma durante el fin de semana y acudieron a mi hotel al cabo de 30 minutos! La doctora y el enfermero fueron muy agradables y profesionales. Y mencionar que tienen una excelente atención al cliente resolviendo dudas a posteriori con una amabilidad extrema. Muchísimas gracias por todo!!

My son was sick in the morning with a fever. The hotel called this clinic for us. 1. The DR who came, was first of call coughing and sneezing.
2. He open his luggage and dropped a mercury thermometer in our room and did not say anything, just tried to hide it by stepping on it with his shoes and try to spread it.
3. He collected the pieces with his bare hands then proceeded to check our kid (still no gloves).
4. He diagnosed our kid with viral infection but insisted to perscribe antibiotics for it.
5. When my wife noticed the silver mercury, we asked him about it and he said yes he dropped it and stepped on it to mark it so he can clean it later with water ( which is idiotic).
6. He tried to convice us and the hotel that mercury is not poisonous and not dangerous

I refused to pay any fees for this bad service/unprofessional dr(not sure he is a dr though). I also think he contaiminated his entire equipment/ luggage with this careless behaviour.

i have a picture of the guy you sent. Also i went there personally to pay but he got me enraged by stating there is no problem with mercury so i did not. It is the one in Papagayo Shopping Center, Av. de Papagayo, 29, 35580 Playa Blanca, Las Palmas, Spain. Claiming it was someone else, is not going to help you guys. Many thanks to the Doctor and Receptionist at this clinic for helping my parents during their holiday! They went there as a last resort with a massive toothache, as everything else was closed on Sunday and the staff showed them a lot of empathy and did everything to help, despite not being a dental clinic.

Their help saved my parents well deserved holiday!

Had to go here on a recent trip to Lanzarote where I forgot medication. Good from the point of view that they seen me quickly. The doctor was very nice and polite. I had my perscription from my Irish Doctor (typed and clear to read) which this doctor just had to copy onto his perscription player. He kept saying he had to be so careful copying it. When I got to the pharmacy they told me that they didnt have the prescribed dosage but would order it for the next day. The doctor (a second doctor at the clinic) spoke to me on the phone and told me to take 2.5 tablets per day once the high dosage came in. Thankfully I became suspicious myself as I thought I was on a very low dose and checked the Irish perscription against the lanzarote one. My dosage was 50mg and they had written 500! Now, to a point these things happen, but the fact that two doctors and a pharmasist let it pass without double checking is terrifing. I have checked with a doctor and pharmacist here and they both said they have never heard of a 500mg dose. I was so lucky that I checked myself as the consequences of taking 10 times my dosage is terrifying. I had to call the doctor the following day as we thought we had left our passports there. While speaking to the doctor I asked her if she was aware of what happened with the perscription and she was totally dismissive and said that there was no harm done. Now I wasn't looking for compensation or anything (although refunding some of the 150 euro I paid for the inaccurate copying of a perscription would have been a nice gesture). All I really wanted was acknowledgement and an apology but the doctor scoffed at me and said there was nothing to apologise for. I thought their atitude really stunk, never mind the huge and potentially very serious error in the first place. I certainly wouldnt visit again. Their only focus seems to be on money.

Overall experience is very good - service is fast and professional. Big free parking next to clinic. If you do not have insurance to cover your bill - its pricey, you should use free public clinic. Be ready to pay cash, no card. But ATM is downstairs.

Very friendly and extremely professional. I feel like the team performed nothing other than a miracke getting me well again after a very severe throat infection. Insurance or not, worth EVERY penny. I would highly recommend to everyone to choose here fir any health issues while on holiday. The antibiotic injections available are very fast acting and you can get some enjoyment out of your holiday. Thank you to all who helped my health drastically improve, much appreciated!!!
