Excellent communication, very observant to obvious needs, compassionate, patient and gentle.
I've had poor follow up care with my surgeons office though where the surgeons office lacked care and compassion, Victoria Lilly my therapist at 360 PT, who is top notch has excelled in providing great care. She's attentive and addresses patients concerns. She provides details and explains thoroughly.
I have observed the other therapists being as attentive and engaging with their patients as well, so makes this a great choice for physical therapy.
360 is so much better than the competitor I used for my other surgery earlier this year.

Excellent staff and location. The front desk ladies are always polite and eager to help. The physical therapist Kendra has been such a life saver. She has helped me with dry needling, if you never heard of it and you deal with pain, I recommend looking into it. Kendra has a gift to know where exactly to position those needles, It feels like a weight has been lifted off. I'm very happy with my results and I suggest considering dry needling for anyone not finding the results they wish for.

The absolute BEST crew !!! I’ve been with Kendra for years through my surgeries and Meagan has been next to her most of the time in whatever clinic. I’ve been had both of them and they add so much fun into the sessions. ALLLLLL the therapist are top tier and I’ve never felt any negative vibes and my recovery time has always either been earlier or right on time.

I have neuropathy in both feet up to my knees, I do balance and strength exercises and am in the pool once a week. I feel it is helping me a lot. All of the therapist are very supportive and knowledgeable plus all of the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend 360

360 Physical Therapy has been amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The facility is very nice and clean.
The therapist have been wonderful, I have been working with both Meagan and Frank who have been exceptional. They are extremely flexible with treatments and they have both truly showed that they care about my personal goals when it comes to rehabilitation.
